About the Anytime UK Calls Boost


Control the costs of your calls with our Anytime Calls Boost.


What is included in the Boost?

1) Unlimited UK local and national calls starting 01, 02 & 03. That's anytime, day or night.

2) Unlimited UK mobile* calls.

*Excludes calls to Channel Islands and Isle of Man.


Are there any restrictions?

There's a maximum of 60 free minutes per call before being charged at the standard rate. If you would like to talk longer than 60 minutes for free, just hang up and redial.

Calls to the Channel Islands, dial-up internet, indirect access & all other numbers are not included in this Boost. Please see our pricing page for a full list of charges.


How much does the Boost cost?

You’ll notice that the Anytime UK Calls Boost costs a little to activate and use. £7.50 will be added to your bill each month.


I'm a Plus customer

Anytime calls to UK local and national numbers are already included with our TalkTalk Plus packages. If you want to include unlimited calls to UK mobiles you'll need to add the Mobile Minutes Boost for just £5 a month.


How do I add or remove a Boost?

If you want to add or remove any of the Boosts available for your account, you can do so online in My Account


What will my next bill look like?

When you add a Boost, your next bill will include two charges. A part month charge for the time between adding the Boost and the end of that months billing period and a full month charge to cover the following months service.

When you remove a Boost, your next bill will include a refund for the period between when the Boost was removed and the end of that billing month. If you are within the 1 month commitment period you will receive a part month charge for when the service was active and a commitment breakage fee for the remainder of the 1 month term. 


How do I check what Boosts I already have?

Log into My Account and see which Boosts you already have active and which ones you may receive for free if you are a Plus TV customer.
