Please be aware that a number of customers have reported that they have received an email pretending to be from TalkTalk. Please delete this email and do not follow any of the links.
Latest Update 27/10 15:50 - Some customers using Apple iOS devices may encounter problems accessing the 'My TalkTalk' app, It has been reported that some customers are seeing the error message "We are unable to retrieve the details for your account. Please try again" when trying to log in.
Some customers with email accounts are reporting receiving the following error "Login is disabled because there is an issue with your account" when trying to login to webmail. If you are getting this error message please reset your email account password and contact us. To protect our customers we have temporarily suspended some email accounts that were responsible for sending large amounts of spam email from our network.
Please be aware some customers have reported receiving calls from a 3rd party company claiming to be your internet service provider in an attempt to gain access to your computer or personal information
