Claim my Voucher Offer

Important notice

Please Note: As of Monday 24th November the Invite a Friend promotion has now ended. Any successful referrals completed before then will be honoured until Wednesday 31st December.

Am I eligible for the offer?

To receive the offer you must:

  • Sign up during the promotional time.
  • Place your order to join TalkTalk via our website
  • Have an active and working phone line that you're switching to TalkTalk
  • Be registered for My Account
  • Be keeping your same phone number 

Claiming vouchers

To claim your vouchers, please make sure you're eligible (your confirmation email when you joined us will include the details if you were eligible) and then follow the steps below:

  • Register for My Account. You just need to simply login, our systems will recognise you and do the rest.
  • Allow 28 days after your service has been activated to receive your vouchers. Please Note: 28 days start from the time your service goes live with us and not when the order was placed.

Your vouchers will be sent to you via Royal Mail or a courier depending on their value.

 

I haven't received my vouchers

We're sorry to hear that your vouchers haven't reached you yet. Please ensure the following

  • You’ve checked your confirmation email and you are eligible
  • You’ve logged into My Account
  • You've allowed 28 days from the date your services went live. 

After this point, please Contact Us via the Email us option and complete your details so that we can trace them for you. We aim to respond to your query within 48 hours.

 

 

Am I eligible?

To receive this offer, please ensure you and your friend meet the requirements below. The vouchers will only be sent out after your friend's TalkTalk services have been activated.

The referrer must:

  • Be an existing TalkTalk customer
  • Have recommended a friend before the 24th November 2014.

The friend must:

  • Sign up to TalkTalk using the personalised invitation link emailed to them.
  • Have an existing phone line*
  • Be registered for My Account

* If you need a new line or telephone number you won't be eligible for the Love2Shop vouchers. 

 

Claiming vouchers

If you're eligible for the Invite a Friend vouchers, your friend must have signed up to TalkTalk using the personalised invitation link emailed to them. 

  • Amazon Gift Certificate (Referrer): A voucher code will be emailed to the address you registered for the Invite a Friend promotion with, and you should receive this within 28 days from the date your friend's TalkTalk services went live.
  • Love2Shop Vouchers (Friend): Your Love2Shop vouchers will be posted to your home address within 28 days from the date your services went live.

 

I haven't received my vouchers

If you or your friend haven't received your vouchers, please allow 28 days from the date your friend's TalkTalk services went live. After this point, please refer to the voucher type below for further help:

  • Amazon Gift Certificate (Referrer): Please contact support@digitalanimal.com for help tracing your voucher.
  • Love2Shop Vouchers (Friend): Please Contact Us via the email option and complete your details so we can trace your vouchers. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
