The following steps will help get your iPad connected to your wireless network. Before you start, make sure you have your wireless network name and password to hand, these can be found on the blue or pink sticker on the back of your router or on the info card that came with your router.
For more information, see How do I find my wireless network name and password?
On your iPad home screen, tap the Settings icon.
Select Wi-Fi, and ensure the switch is in the ON position. Your iPad will automatically scan for available networks, which will appear in a list under the Choose a Network header.
Tap your wireless network name from the list, enter your wireless password (remember this is case sensitive) and tap Join.
Remember: If you don’t know your Wireless Network Name or Wireless Password, you can find it on the sticker on the back of your router or the info card that came with it.
You should now be connected to your wireless network.
