Check to make sure your broadband is set up correctly:
If you have Fibre please see slides 2 & 3
If you have Fibre, check the router is connected securely into your Openreach modem which is plugged into the top section of your main socket.
Check to make sure your TalkTalk Super Router is set up correctly:
Try restarting your router. Turn it off at the mains and leave it off for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on.
If you are a Fibre customer, you'll need to leave it off for 20 minutes before turning it back on to completely refresh the connection.
