Check to make sure your broadband is set up correctly:
* Your router plugged into the power socket and the power turned on at the wall
* Your router plugged into your white microfilter that’s plugged into your main socket.
If you have Fibre please see slides 2 & 3
If you have Fibre, check the router is connected securely into your Openreach modem which is plugged into the top section of your main socket.
Check to make sure your TalkTalk Super Router is set up correctly:
Your router is plugged into the power socket and the power turned on at the wall
Connected to the adsl/broadband port of your telephone socket.
Try restarting your router. Turn it off at the mains and leave it off for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on .
If you are a Fibre customer, you'll need to leave it off for 20 minutes before turning it back on to completely refresh the connection.
