If you've forgotten your email address or password you can find your address and reset the password using My Account. If you've set up recovery details for your email address, you can also use the Email password reset service to get access to your email account.
These instructions are for existing customers only – if you leave TalkTalk you'll be able to access My Account for 12 months, after which My Account will close. If you don't have access to My Account, and you've not set up any recovery details, you won't be able to manage your email address information.
Log in to My Account by entering your email address and password.
If you can't log in successfully, click on Having trouble logging in?
Hover over My services in the top navigation bar and select Manage webmail from the menu.
Select Change password next to the email address you want to change.
Enter your new password into the New password and Confirm password boxes, and then select the Confirm button.
Once this is done, you can use your new password to access the email account you created it for.
It can take up to five minutes for the password to update and for you to be able to login.
