If you've purchased a handset directly from TalkTalk your Internet and picture messaging settings will either be pre-loaded or automatically sent when the SIM is inserted into the handset. You'll first receive a warm up SMS welcoming you to TalkTalk followed by Configuration settings that you'll need to install and save.
Our Set up guides will show you how to set up your device correctly.
If you're a SIM only customer you'll also receive settings automatically if the handset being used is compatible with this service. If you don't receive them automatically you'll find step by step instructions for the most common operating systems in Setting up internet browsing and picture messaging.
If you've followed the guidance above and have a device or operating system not listed, you'll find the standard TalkTalk Mobile settings below. These settings normally need to be entered in your 'Settings' menu under 'Network settings' or 'Access Point Names' (APN) but the location will vary with different devices:

If you have trouble sending and receiving MMS with the above settings, please enter wap for the username and wap for the password and try again.
