My Account is our online billing and account management system. We think that it is the best way to view your bills and get the most from your TalkTalk services.
The first time you use My Account you will need to complete the registration process. You will be asked for some details about your account to complete registration.
During the registration process you can choose whether you would like to receive online or paper billing. Online billing is provided free of charge, which can save you £22 a year compared to paper billing.
If you select online billing we will not send a paper bill through the post. Instead, we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your bill is available online and link to view it.

Once you are registered for online billing, you can manage your services without calling the customer services team. You will be able to add and remove boosts and calling features from your account as you wish.
You can also manage your calling circle to make sure you are getting even better value on the cost of your calls from your home phone.
You can keep an eye on your home phone usage in the unbilled calls section, the broadband usage section lets you see how much you have downloaded and the mobile usage section allows you to see your remaining minutes, texts and data.
You are able to manage your Direct Debit or make a one off payment (not applicable to mobile). You can also update your bank details to change the account that your direct debit payments are taken from.
Your last 6 bills will be available to view and from the end of March 2013 onwards this will increase to your last 12 bills. If you need to keep your bills for longer than this you can either print them or save a copy on your computer.
