How can I pay my bill over the phone?

The easiest way to make a payment is using our automated telephone service. It only takes a minute and calls are free from your TalkTalk phone.

 

Before you start

To make a payment over the phone you’ll need the following details to hand:

  • A valid debit or credit card (unfortunately we don't accept American Express, Diners Club or international credit cards)
  • Your registered TalkTalk telephone number (if you're not dialling from that number)
  • Your TalkTalk account number (you can find this on your most recent TalkTalk paper bill or on your online bill in My Account)

 

Making a payment from your TalkTalk phone

To make a payment from your TalkTalk phone, follow these steps:

  1. Call us on 0870 087 8749.
  2. Your phone number will be called out to confirm that you're calling from your registered TalkTalk phone number. If this number is correct press 1. If it's incorrect press 2 and enter your registered TalkTalk phone number.
  3. Press 1 to make a payment or press 2 to hear your account balance
  4. Enter your debit or credit card details and your TalkTalk account number when you are asked to enter them.

 

Making a payment from another phone

To make a payment from a phone that's not your registered TalkTalk phone number, follow these steps:

  1. Call us on 0870 087 8749.
  2. Enter your registered TalkTalk phone number (not the telephone number you're calling from).
  3. The number will be called back to you. Press 1 to confirm that it's correct, or press 2 to try again.
  4. Once correct, press 1 to make a payment or 2 to check your account balance.
  5. Enter your debit or credit card details and your TalkTalk account number when you are asked to enter them.
