The DSL light on my router is on but I can't connect
Follow these simple steps to help resolve your issue
Slide 1 of 2: Check your router’s properly connected
Check to make sure your broadband is set up correctly:
* Your router plugged into the power socket and the power turned on at the wall
* Your router plugged into your white microfilter that’s plugged into your main socket. Or if you have Fibre, plugged directly into your Openreach modem which is plugged into the top section of your main socket.
Slide 2 of 2: Refresh your router
Try restarting your router. Turn it off at the mains and leave it off for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on.
If you are a Fibre customer, you’ll need to leave it off for 20 minutes before turning it back on to completely refresh the connection.
