This page tells you how to set up the built-in email service on a Blackberry OS10 mobile device to work with your TalkTalk email service. Before starting, make sure you know the exact spelling of your email address. If you're unsure, you can check your email address details by signing in to My Account.
These instructions are for Blackberry Q10 and Z10 devices running the Blackberry OS10 operating system. You can use the same settings for other phones and OS versions, but some of the screens and steps may differ. Please check with your mobile provider for the exact steps which apply to your phone and operating system.
Follow the steps below to set up email to work with your TalkTalk email service.
From the Home screen, tap the Settings icon.
Your email account is now set up. To test it, send an email to your TalkTalk email address and check if your Blackberry receives it.
The device will automatically check for new messages at regular intervals. You can access your emails by swiping right on the Home screen to display the Hub.
