Switch to Online Billing

We recently wrote to you advising we will be providing your bills securely online. The below FAQ's will help answer any queries you may have.

How do I view my bill?

Each month we’ll send you an email to let you know your latest online bill is ready to view. To check your bill, simply visit My Account

I don't want to change to online billing

We’d be happy to continue posting paper bills to you at a cost of £1.90 a month. Just let us know at talktalk.co.uk/paperbill before the date on your letter.

How do I change my billing email address

  1. Visit My Account (problems logging in?)
  2. Click the button in the My Account login & online billing column next to the email address you wish to use A. This will also become the address your bills are sent to.

    You can also create a new email address Create an email, or if you do not wish to use a TalkTalk email address select Update next to Alternate email address Update.

Please note: The email address and password you select for online billing, will also be used to access My Account.

My email address is wrong in the letter

The email address we included in the letter is the one we currently hold for you. To ensure that you receive your bill notification please follow the below steps to update the address.

  1. Visit My Account (problems logging in?)

Will my payment date change?

Yes, your bill will still be produced on the same day but your payment will be taken slightly earlier. The exact date will be shown on your bill.

We can change this if it’s not convenient. Call our helpful advisors on 0870 444 1820 (free from your TalkTalk landline) 8am-8pm Mon-Sun.
