Tracking your mobile usage

You can monitor your TalkTalk Mobile usage through My Account or the My TalkTalk App if you have a smartphone (iOS or Android). You'll be able to track how many minutes, texts or data you have used and see your remaining allowance.

At the start of each month mobile data usage can take several days for it to be updated in My Account or via the My TalkTalk App. We recommend you visit All about Mobile Data where you'll find some great information and tips on how to use and control your mobile data throughout the whole month. 


My Account

To view your usage online, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select the Mobile tab
  3. Select Show in the Mobile usage & plan details section
  4. Your bundle usage will be displayed on the screen. To view out of bundle usage select View Itemised Usage

To view your usage on the App, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the App on your smartphone (iOS or Android)
  2. Select Current usage in the Mobile section and your bundle usage will be displayed on the screen
