What is the TalkTalk Player?

The TalkTalk Player is an On Demand player just like BBC iPlayer or 4oD. It’s exclusively for our broadband customers who have a YouView Box and gives you access to some of the best TV from both sides of the Atlantic and much much more. If you’re in the mood for a film on a Friday night then you can rent one of the latest blockbusters, or if you fancy a lazy Sunday you can watch a whole boxset of your favourite TV series with one of our fantastic TV Boosts. Plus if you have enough broadband speed and a YouView Box then you may be able to subscribe to live channels like Sky Sports or ESPN.

How do I access the TalkTalk Player?

The first time you enter the TalkTalk Player you will need to register a few security details so we know who you are. You only be asked to do this once, and if you have a BrightSparks engineer TV installation they’ll take care of it for you.

There are various ways to get to the TalkTalk Player:

  • Press the TalkTalk button on your remote (if you have a remote with the TalkTalk button)
  • Go to the TalkTalk logo on the main menu bar
  • Go to On Demand > Players > TalkTalk Player

For more information see the How do I access the TalkTalk Player guide or watch some of our handy videos.
