Understanding your bill

At TalkTalk, we aim to make your bills simple and easy to understand. The below points will help explain your regular TalkTalk TV, phone and broadband bill, so it’ll be easier to keep control over your spending. If you need help understanding your mobile bill see About my TalkTalk Mobile bill.

There is a charge I was not expecting

If your bill is more than you were expecting, please refer to your Bill Breakdown in My Account. This will detail all the individual charges that make up your bill. If there is a charge that you were not expecting, please see Common questions about your bill.

This section provides detailed information about charges and credits applied to an account

If you are subscribed to a TV boost it will be displayed in this section. You can find more details about any TV rentals you have made by clicking on "View itemised TV usage".
 
This section will detail any additional charges for your broadband service. 
 
Charges relating to your phone service will be displayed in this section. This will include your  calling features and call charges. Select 'View itemised calls' to see a full breakdown of all your calls.
