There is planned maintenance on the My Account service on the 30th of May from 22:15 to the 31st at 12:00. During this time you'll be intermittently unable to access My Account, and you will not be able to make any changes to your service.
From the 2nd June 2015 some of our TV Boost channels will be moving to new channel numbers...
Some mobile customers will be unable to view their latest mobile data usage in My Account or via the My TalkTalk app, affected customers may also not receive an alert for going over their usage limits.
Your web search may be interrupted with a one-off message if the site you are visiting could be unsuitable for children.
