Some customers have reported significant delays between sending emails from their Tiscali accounts and the email being received by the recipient. We apologise for this issue and are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
On the 17th March the BBC turned off the old version of BBC iPlayer, to make sure that your YouView box has the latest software update, follow these instructions.
Update 05/03 00:04 - Customers have reported that their Sky boost and On Demand channels are not appearing in the TalkTalk TV episode guide. This can be resolved with a manual update or by leaving the set top box overnight to automatically update.
