Latest Update 01/10 11:36 - Some customers are experiencing errors when attempting to use Google when Homesafe dating preferences are enabled.
We're aware some people may be experiencing problems receiving new emails in Webmail.
Some customers have received an email advising that their iCloud and Apple Accounts will be frozen until they verify the iCloud/Apple details on file.
Due to the recent bad weather some customers may experience delays to their engineer appointments and some disruption to their services. Swindon is currently affected by this incident.
