Fixing error code YVM104

There is a temporary problem with your YouView service.

Things to try:

You could try restarting your YouView box - switch off the power supply from the box, wait 30 seconds and then switch it back on again. Sometimes restarting the box is all it takes.

If the problem persists, please contact us to report the issue - we'll probably already be hard at work fixing it.
