To browse the Internet and use picture messaging you'll need the TalkTalk settings.
If you've purchased a mobile handset directly from TalkTalk Mobile your settings will either be pre-loaded or automatically sent when the SIM is inserted into the handset.
Shortly after inserting your SIM you may receive a text message (SMS) from us advising that your new settings are on the way, followed by another message containing the link to download them.
If you do not receive a text message within a couple of minutes and the settings are not pre loaded, please text the word "TALK" to 40127 and we'll resend them to you.
On some handsets, settings may be received as a 'Network Configuration Message' and not as an SMS, so keep an eye out for this! These may appear in the 'drop / pull down Notifications' section.
The below steps will walk you through checking if the settings are installed correctly and manually setting them if you don't receive them via text/Network configuration message.
