You can make one-off debit or credit card payments in My Account. Someone who is not the account holder can also make payments on an account if necessary. They will need your My Account log in details to do this online. Remember, anyone using a card that is not in their own name must have the cardholder's permission.

If you have a Direct Debit set up with TalkTalk and you make a one-off payment online within 3 working days of the Direct Debit due date, the Direct Debit will be taken in addition to the one-off payment. If this applies to you, a notification will be displayed on the first step in the card payment process.
The card details are not stored in any way. As part of Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance we are not allowed to store any card details.
All payments made through My Account are processed immediately. If the payment is successful you'll be notified on screen, and also receive a confirmation email to the address used to login to My Account.
If the payment is not successful you will see an error on the page telling you why the payment did not go through.
Your monthly bill will show your account balance at the time of production. If you make any subsequent account changes or payments these will be displayed on your next monthly bill. Your account balance (amount payable) is always displayed on the card payment screen.
In the unlikely event that the payment is not showing in My Account or by your next bill, you'll need to contact us so we can trace it for you. Please make sure you have the below details to hand:
Card payments that you make in addition to a regular Direct Debit are free. Using the one-off card payment facility as your only payment for a monthly bill will mean you're charged a non Direct Debit fee.
If you have a recurring card payment set up for your TV, Broadband or phone service, there will be a monthly charge of £1.99 for payments via this method.
You can still make one-off card payments in addition to your Direct Debit or Recurring Card payment if you wish. Making a one-off payment will not change your chosen payment method.
Please note: Recurring card payments are not available on TalkTalk Mobile bills.
Remember, if you make a payment close to your billing date your Direct Debit could still be collected. Any extra payments will be credited to the next monthly bill.
