Setting up internet browsing and picture messaging

Shortly after inserting your SIM you'll receive a text message (SMS) from us advising that your new settings are on the way, followed by another message containing the link to download them. If you've purchased a Windows 8.0, Windows 8.1 or HTC on KitKat directly from TalkTalk Mobile please ignore the text message as your new device will already be set up. If you're a SIM only customer or something isn't working, the settings may need to be manually entered. Please click on the links for set up instructions and settings.  


If you don't receive a text message within a couple of minutes for any other operating system, please text the word "TALK" to 40127 and we'll resend them to you.
