How to check Mail

We highly recommend using IMAP when setting up your TalkTalk email on your iPhone. When it comes to deleting your emails, IMAP will allow you to delete your mail both on your mobile device and server in one step. If you would like to delete your emails from both the server and webmail, IMAP will allow you to do this by following the below steps:

  1. In your Settings, you will need to select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. Select your Email Account.
  3. Click Advanced.
  4. In MAILBOX BEHAVIORS select Deleted Mailbox.
  5. In ON THE SERVER tick Trash.
