14258 not working

Just renewed my a/c in Dec'23 and 14258 stopped working. Was told to use call block, but this doesn't work when you're sent a pass code by a BOT. The phone just goes dead!

Was then told to use last call barring......but 14258 says "sorry the service requested is not available". Please......how do I get the 14258 service back.....more so because call block is not suitable if your contacting your Banks to get a login from a BOT.......HELP

An update, call blocking still working well, have not received any unsolicited calls for weeks. Thanks again for the help Chris.

All seems to be back on and working, thanks Chris.

Debbie, Just for information 

"My Telephone Setting" is within "Profile & Settings" not "Network & Connection", at least on my system.

Switched it off last call barring then updated. logout then login "last call barring is still on. What now?

Did you recently activate/add this in My Account?

 

If you did then please can you try removing this in My Account and then re adding again in a couple of hours?

 

  1. Login to My Account
  2. Choose Networks & Connections from the navigation menu then My Telephone Settings
  3. Tick the box next to Last Caller Barring
  4. Save your changes by selecting the Update button at the bottom of the page

 

  1. To get started, log into My Account
  2. Choose Networks & Connections from the navigation menu then My Telephone Settings
  3. Choose; Manage home phone Boosts
  4. Tick the box next to Last Caller Barring
  5. Save your changes by selecting the Update button at the bottom of the page

I have "last call barring" on but 14258 says that it's not on.
